CRANFORD JOHNSON ROBINSON WOODS
EXPANDS INTO TEXAS;
ACQUIRES MCL OF DALLAS

Little Rock, AR , (May 4, 2007) — Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods (CJRW),
one of the Southwest’s largest full-service marketing and communications
firms, is expanding into Texas with the acquisition of Marcantel Crouch
LeBlanc (MCL), a branding and public relations specialty group based in
Dallas. MCL will now be known as CJRW Dallas.

“CJRW and MCL have enjoyed worked in partnership on a number of projects
during the past year,” said David Martin, CJRW’s Chief Executive Officer
“Now, through this official acquisition, both agencies can further expand
all of our capabilities for all of our clients, including the addition of
tremendous branding expertise and providing greater access to the Texas
market for the clients we currently serve. We’ve long been the largest
agency in the Southwest region outside of Texas. We’ll now have a strong
presence in Texas.”

CJRW acquired Jones Productions providing clients with direct access to high
quality motion picture facilities. CJRW is one of the few agencies in the
region that offers in-house film and video equipment and production
services. In addition, the agency launched a diversity marketing practice
that provides clients with multi-cultural resources to target specific
audiences such as Hispanic and African-American markets.

The principals of MCL – Tom Marcantel, Julie Crouch and Richard LeBlanc –
agree that by joining CJRW they are now better positioned to provide clients
a broader range of services.

“Partnering with CJRW is a great fit for our clients,” said Crouch, who
previously worked in CJRW’s Little Rock office. “Other agencies claim to be
full-service firms while CJRW is truly full-service. With in-house video
production services, diversity marketing expertise and one of the regions
largest print production capabilities, we can more efficiently service
clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market like never before.”

This move is the CJRW’s first acquisition outside of Arkansas. The agency
currently ranks 17th in the Southwest in Ad Week’s most recent rankings with
CJRW being the largest agency in the region outside of Texas. The agency is
a recognized leader in advertising, creative media, public relations, public
affairs, point-of-purchase marketing, interactive communications, broadcast
production and media planning/placement. CJRW has specialized expertise in
the following industry categories - food, tourism, banking, hotels,
education, real estate development, retail and grassroots marketing.

Founded in 1961, CJRW is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, with
offices in Northwest Arkansas (Springdale, AR) and now in Dallas. The
agency also owns Jones Productions, one of the region’s leading film and
video commercial production facilities. The agency has more than 100
employees and an estimated $80 million in capitalized billings.
